I offer one-to-one treatments in Ilkley and Settle for people with a wide range of physical and emotional issues such as Chronic Fatigue, chronic pain, depression, grief, overeating and low self-esteem. I work intuitively and creatively using Journey Therapy and Energetic Healing to enable you to release traumatic memories from your body’s cells and heal at the deepest level. I also run workshops on Vibrant Health, Overcoming Workstress and Burnout etc.  Clients describe it as a “life-changing experience”.
